RECIPE

Separate 3 eggs yolk and egg white

Mix 30 gram of sugar  with egg yolk

Mix 45 gram of flour 

Make meringue

Mix together gently

Bake 180℃ for 15minute

Make fresh cream

Decorate 

I made roll cake for mothers day a little late.But my mother was pleased.I made a lot of mistake.Because I made roll cake first time and the recipe is a little complex.So I want to challenge again.I will make chocolate cake or Mont Blanc in father's day.
